Flesh Tones

Many palettes can be used to paint flesh tones. Notice how radically different the colors are in each of these faces.

Below are the mid-tones, highlights and shadows of faces. 

Mix light skin with orange, blue, red and white. For dark skin add burnt umber.

A palette I frequently use is red, white, green and yellow, with burnt umber for dark skin.
