If you are not fully satisfied with the instruction offered after completing your first class, then you are welcome to a 100% refund. Please let your concerns be known as soon as they arise. In 15 years no one has every asked for a refund.
Refunds
There are no refunds after the pre-registration cutoff date, which is one week before the class or workshop begins.
About missing classes
Class Cancellations
In the event that I must cancel a class (such as for a snow storm, for example). The class lesson may, in some cases, be sent to the students in the form of pdf files so each student may continue the lesson remotely from home. Or a make up class may be scheduled for another day.
